VINYASA FLOW - Join us for a dynamic and fluid style of Yoga, where we connect synchronized breath with a series of yoga poses. Flow through guided Sun Salutations and feel empowered and grounded. Relieve tension and stress and be inspired by mindful and thoughtful readings by our teachers. Modifications offered throughout each pose and props such as blocks and blankets are there to support you. Class will come to a close in a Savasana pose lying down, connecting mind and body. Come flow with us and emerge with confidence and positivity!

YOGA SCULPT - Join us for a class that incorporates strength training with yoga. You will be guided through breathwork, led through a variety of poses and light exercises using 2 lb free weights to motivating and energetic music. This fun and challenging class is an all levels class.

POWER YOGA - Join Sasha for an invigorating, powerful and fast pace class. This is a fitness-oriented practice that blends strength, flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning into a dynamic flowing routine. These fast paced sequences build endurance and mental focus synchronizing motion with the breath.

YOGA STRETCH- Join us on your yoga mat for a gentle stretching class done to soothing music, using props such as straps and blocks to lengthen and stretch all parts of your body. Relax the mind, stretch with us to improve your body's flexibility and comfort. Enhance your yoga practice and improve movements in your everyday life. All levels of fitness are welcome.

YIN YOGA- Join us for a slow and meditative practice where you will be guided into deep and supportive stretches and holding poses for a few minutes, where you can find and explore your physical edge. Props will be used such as blocks and bolsters to support you during class.The goal is to improve joint mobility and calm the mind. You will leave feeling relaxed, balanced and nurtured.

SLOW FLOW YOGA - Join us for a slower paced, gentle Vinyasa-style class. Move at a slower pace through poses, connecting breath and gentle movements allowing for more time for mindful transitions. A new theme will be introduced each week. Props such as blocks, and blankets will be used during class.This is an all levels class, but great for new beginners as well as those recovering from injuries as this is a gentle and slow practice.
